The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder of Bravo Team Solutions, Ryan Broughton, CEM, CBCP, is a Navy veteran with 30 years of experience in emergency services, emergency management, and counter-terrorism operations. Ryan has served as the Emergency Manager and Homeland Security Director for both the City and County of Denver (Colorado) and the City of San Jose (California). Before moving to local government, Ryan developed the Emergency Management Programs for the U.S. Navy worldwide and the U.S. Army worldwide as well as authoring several guides, policies, and manuals on emergency management operations. Ryan founded Bravo Team Solutions in 2019 to support clients in meeting the challenges of a complex, dynamic risk environment with the need to engage an extremely diverse set of stakeholders in all aspects of emergency management and homeland security.
